These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at runshow.co and the Runshow waitlist (together, the “Site”), operated by Runshow, a service of Forge Labs LLC (“Runshow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational website that describes Runshow and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on our part to provide the product, guarantee access, or offer any particular pricing, timing, or features. We may change, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or the Site at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
If we offer a referral feature, any change to your waitlist position is provided at our discretion and has no cash value. We may modify or remove referral mechanics, and we may adjust or remove positions we believe were obtained through abuse, automation, or misrepresentation.

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the Runshow name and marks — are owned by Runshow or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runshow and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold Runshow harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
