Talk to usPrices are per business, not per login. Schedule as many day-of crew as you like — bartenders, servers, and setup staff are assigned to the run sheet and never counted as seats.
Priced separately because they cost real money to run — every message sent, every reply written. Nothing here is switched on by default.
Add-on prices are indicative while we finish pricing the messaging tiers — they'll be fixed before anyone is charged.
The event operating system is sold as modules, because a photographer needs none of it and a venue wants all of it. Included with Premium, or add one at a time.
Two services, priced like services because they're real hours of real work — not a checkbox in a plan.

The venue guides, real-wedding features, and local pages that bring couples in without paying per click for them.
Most operators are paying four to six subscriptions that don't talk to each other. Tick yours, correct the prices, and see the real number.
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you and Runshow never sits in the middle of it. You pay Stripe's normal processing rate — we don't add anything on top, and we don't mark it down either; we simply aren't in that transaction.
Being repriced is the single most common reason people leave the tools we're replacing, so: if you join at a price, you keep that price for as long as you stay on that plan. If we ever change what a plan includes, you keep the one you bought.
Never. Day-of crew are assigned to the run sheet as people, not logins — schedule five or fifty, it doesn't change your bill. Seats only ever apply to staff who actually log in, and every plan bundles more than most teams use.
It exports to CSV whenever you want, without asking us. Your payment account was always yours. Leaving should cost you an afternoon — if it costs more than that, we've built a trap rather than a product.
No. Answering inquiries is part of the plan, not a line item bolted on top. On Starter it runs on your own account; on Pro and Premium we run it for you and there is nothing to connect. Either way it is included in the price on this page.
Usually, but work it out rather than take our word for it — the savings calculator lets you tick your actual stack and edit every price. If it comes out cheaper to stay where you are, it'll tell you that.
Runshow opens to a small, curated group at a time. Add your name to the list — and share your link to move up it.
No spam, ever. Just your invitation when a place opens.
